The world’s largest beverage company, Coca-Cola agreed to swap some brands and buy a 17 precent of the energy-drink Beverage Company, Monster for about $2.15 billion. This is part of a contract that will include the transfer of Coca-Cola’s energy drinks NOS, Full Throttle, Burn and Mother. However, Coca-Cola only has the right to purchase as much as 25 precent of Monster, whose directors would have to approve any larger investment. Under this agreement the two companies will share marketing, production and distribution from the Monster name. Coca-Cola, which already distributes Monster in the U.S. and Canada, will expand the organization globally, helping the energy brand grow overseas.

  2. I think that this is a really interesting article because i drink monster energy drinks and I like them so i hope that coca-cola doesn't change how they taste, i also think that they shouldn't ship it from overseas i want them to ship it from Australia because i think that would suit me best because it would be cheaper and then they could ship it overseas and it i wouldn't be forced to care about them shipping it from overseas, like think of this just hear me out on this one mate what if, they put american monster in there and ship it over here and everyone's like "wwwwooooooooaaaahhh *coughs up blood* arrgg *turns into monster*" like this is why we need it made in Australia.
